We didn’t have a Music Monday the last TWO weeks since one Monday was about books and last Monday was about that aunt life! 🙂

So, welcome back!

Today’s song is one of my favorites (obviously). This song always brings me back to the romance books I read or any good love story. The guy asks the girl to share every part of her life with him – all the good and the bad, the issues and the heartbreaks, the things we hide instead of broadcast. Most of the books I read and if I’m listening to music, this song will come on and it’s like WOW, this goes so well. It’s all going into my romance novel playlist! (It’s been in there for over a year, LOL)

And if we’re being honest, I think we all just long for someone to want all the parts of us, knowing these things aren’t easy sometimes. Does anyone want the scars I carry?

(Truth: Jesus knows all our scars and chose us anyway.)

Sometimes… you just want to know that someone out there will want you and every part that makes you you.
