Whoa, I almost said Happy Tuesday, but it’s hump day so that is incorrect.

HAPPY WEDNESDAY, MY PEEPS.

I was recently asked for recommendations for Christmas books to read. Last year, I went a bit crazy, OR SO I THOUGHT, at Target and bought some Christmas books to read. I think I have one or two I haven’t read yet… which means I only read one or two. Before last year, I hadn’t really thought about Christmas books for some reason…?? This coming from someone who has lived on Hallmark for at least 4 or 5 years now. I know, insane and I need to up my game.

This year, I’ve decided to read more Christmas stories. I did read that one a month ago… So I’m not necessarily behind, but I’m never ahead so there’s always room for progress here.

Where am I now?

Technically, I’m in a chair… but in regards to my books, I’m at the point of trying to find time for all the exciting things in my life (*sigh* another post will probably be in the works….) and I’m apparently buying books.

Target called my name in the form of my mother simply asking if I wanted to go with her to return an item. My literal response was: Sure, might as well, I might just find something, you know me.

She does know me. You all know me.

I didn’t buy decorations. I didn’t buy food. I didn’t buy clothes.

I bought books. Five to be exact.

“Five books??”

“Only five, you mean. It could’ve been ten. Change your perspective, please.”

I’m looking forward to reading these books and will be able to give more recommendations (hopefully!). Whatever I’m able to get read and notate, I’ll have blog posts in the works!
