Today’s song is a love song (as most are 😍), but when I first heard it, I actually thought it was about God. 😅

So, it’s a beautiful slow song about a relationship – through the highs and lows, you choose your person over and over again, falling in love with who they are and growing together.

A piece of lyric that I thought originally made this about our relationship with God was :

It’s not that things were different
It was you just changing me

I thought the “you” was You, as in God.

Our circumstances may not change, but we can be changed by Him Who is working through us during them. Our outcomes from trials feel different when we change our perspective.

If you think back on your life, it would look different if you didn’t walk with God. It would look different if you weren’t taking refuge in Him.

So will you fall in love with God again today?
