What do you listen to while you work?
90% of my work day I’m listening to music. Is it the same 10 songs? Probably. Why? Because I get so into what I’m working on that I forget to grab my phone to change what’s in my ears. 🙂
Occasionally I will get a podcast going, but that’s more distracting than music sometimes and same with audiobooks. If I know I’m going to be doing something that doesn’t include talking or reading/forming a ton of emails, I can flip one on. It’s more rare now than it used to be since I have more on my plate.
Music is easy to put on and keeps things upbeat and less quiet. Plus, with the right songs, it’s like it gets creative juices flowing in the background because it plays a story in your head.
Do you listen to anything while you work? If so, what is it?
Sometimes I prefer quiet. But I do like listening to music too. I’m like you and often listen to the same songs. But I also try to mix it up. My favorite radio station ( the Joy FM) has an app that I will listen to that sometimes.

I’m a Spotify fan so that’s all I ever have music playing from. Lol This is how I rack up so many listening hours by the end of the year stats come out. 😅
