As I was getting ready for the day, at noon… haha, I had this thought about what I do during the day or at the end of the day. I don’t even know why… lol

Anyway, usually at night time when “there’s nothing good to watch” on TV for me and Gma, we 99% of the time find Shark Tank on. Yes, it’s normally reruns, but for some reason, we enjoy watching the Sharks make deals with these entrepreneurs.

At some point when I was younger, I had an idea to start my own business when I grew up. It’s never really happened, but I’d still like to someday.

The problem?

I have no idea what I want to do.

What do I enjoy doing and how could I make it into a business?

I enjoy a lot of things, but I don’t think taking iPhone photos of my car at scenic spots or reading in every single second of spare time equates to any sort of business, or any other thing I enjoy for that matter.

Here lies my dilemma, as well as hopes and dreams. Just kidding!

When I was like in middle school maybe, I can’t remember how old I was, I had a “business” of painting my family’s nails. I had a menu of prices – colors, designs, toenails, fingernails. Had a good thing going on the side for a bit! I don’t even know why I did that – I was never that into painting my own nails. I guess I just thought I could make money that way though. I was good at it at least (so I was told 😎).

Now as an adult, my “business” I guess is being a Scentsy consultant. I make my own hours, I set goals for myself and I keep track of a lot of things for it. I do make money from it and it’s technically considering business income. I enjoy it and I don’t know how I would ever leave it because it’s this fun hobby that gives me business-owner experience without all the investment or overhead.

Outside of Scentsy though, I would like to venture out one day and really create something – something useful or what people enjoy and can benefit from.

I have absolutely no idea what that would be.

After watching Shark Tank, and obviously going to business school 🤣😅 – don’t want to forget those four years of my life!, I know that I need a solid business plan to be successful. I’m a planner so that won’t be too hard – I hope!
