What’s going on this month at NOT YOUR SEASON DOT COM?

This year, I’m starting the 12 TRUTHS of Christmas category! Every other day (hopefully) there will be a truth about Christmas I will blog about, probably short blurbs but who knows. I’m excited to see where this goes!

Most of my posts probably point to Jesus, wouldn’t you agree? At least, that’s the goal! During this month especially, as we give thanks to JESUS’ BIRTH, I will be trying to focus even more on our GREAT King.

It’s a time for giving!

What’s ONE thing you’re super excited to GIVE to someone this Christmas season?

For me, I’m excited to give the gift of literacy! The boys in my life, that includes my nephew and his step brothers, will be getting a ton of books from me this year! I am so excited. I attended a party through USBORNE books and more in October and ordered (a lot) of books. I feel like I’m more excited than they’ll be opening them. As you probably know, if you’ve been following my blog at any length, you know I love books to the moon and back. Reading is so important to me and I want all the young readers in my life to be good readers but also have a love of reading if possible. Books are not all boring, you just have to find what suites you and your interests.

Christmas greeting cards get mailed today!!! I just loooooove cards. Some people probably think they’re a waste, especially now in the digital age, but not me! I love hand written sentiments even if it’s just hey, Merry Christmas and I love you.
