A Christian influencer I follow, shared how there’s a difference in saying “it’s a part of God’s plan” and “God has a plan for it all.”
I’ve been thinking about that since I saw her post (obviously). So often we simply respond to life’s challenges and tragedies with the comfort that God has a plan and sometimes just say that it was part of His plan for this and that to happen. In the midst of that, we imply that God planned for the bad things to happen, when in reality, He allows bad things to happen for the greater good. Moreover, God in His good and perfect character, is incapable of planning bad things to happen. He uses the bad things in our lives to grow us, to show others His goodness, so that we may give Him glory in all things.
No matter what we face, let’s not believe that God planned it this way. He didn’t plan for the sin to enter our world. He didn’t plan for broken homes and mistreated children. He didn’t plan for anxiety and depression. He allowed them. How are we responding?
God has a plan for the trials in this life, because He works all things for our good and His glory. That’s a promise.

I hope this was an encouragement to you! God will use the bad for His good purposes so give your worries and concerns to Him in prayer and worship His precious name. โฅ
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. -Philippians 4:6

God has a plan with the promise that he will cause all things to work together for the good for those who are called according to his purpose ๐
